With the Polar Verity Sense optical heart rate monitor, you have the most mobility possible along with a variety of viewing and recording choices for your exercises. You can pair the Polar Verity Sense with a sports watch or app to observe your activity in real time, or you may record your workout in the internal memory and retrieve your data later thanks to Bluetooth, ANT+, and internal memory.

  The Polar Verity Sense armband wraps over your arm securely, pleasantly, and subtly. The band is machine-washable and constructed of a soft cloth. There is a removable sensor holder.
• Broadcast range
  The broadcast range of the Polar Verity Sense is up to 150 meters while it is in its holder. The broadcast range is up to 40 meters without the holder.
• Recording mode
  After recording your workout in internal memory, sync the data to the Polar Flow app. You'll receive information about your heart rate, workout time, visualization of your heart rate zone, Training Benefit, and calories burned.
